The Quality policy defined by BUPOLSA's management is the one presented below:
"With the Quality Management System, according to the Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 the Management of BUPOLSA wants to satisfy customers in quality, time and cost as a way to ensure the success and continuity of the company.
In order to achieve this goal, the following Quality principles are established:

  • Work as a team, with a focus on continuous improvement, providing ideas to prevent non-quality costs.
  • Manage the company taking into account the characteristics of our market.
  • Strictly comply with customer requirements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish objectives and management indicators and periodically review their achievement.

The Management of the company recognizes the Quality Management System as a strategic factor of first order, so it considers fundamental the implication of all the personnel for its correct functioning and improvement".
This policy is disseminated and explained to the person of the company for knowledge and application.
The company's quality policy is developed by means of annual quality objectives and indicators to verify compliance with these objectives.
