The BUPOLSA isothermal tanks are manufactured by means of a sandwich structure composed of polyester reinforced with fiberglass (PRFV), closed cell polyurethane foam and finally another layer of PRFV.
BUPOLSA has its own machine for spraying polyurethane foam, so the manufacture is faster than other manufacturers.
The polyurethane foam used by BUPOLSA is of high density and closed cell so it provides a high quality insulation. In this way we isolate the product stored inside from the external meteorological conditions, being able to have temperature contrasts of more than 90ºC.
This type of tank is used for all types of substances that need to maintain the temperature of the product to contain a few specific degrees centigrade without suffering the contrast of temperature of the outside of the tank.
